This blog is focused on how to engage, inspire, and involve users/ consumers to turn them into fans and brand ambassadors using the social media as a leveraging tool. Here I share my personal thoughts on how social media can be integrated in companies strategies to improve their ability to generate more loyalty, awareness, and sales. Fast.Fwd.Innov@tion is edited by Romain Péchard, a social media evangelist currently working at Dimelo, a communications software company providing a dialog platform solution for brands to engage with their consumers/ users/ customers.

Prior working for this startup, Romain joined the SixandCo, FullSIX group, communication and marketing agency, as consultant for big accounts as well as Web 2.0 evangelist and founded the community management dept. to accompagny brands that wanted to create intense and vibrant relationships with their customers.
